    Has become the only player in history to hit 30 HRs as a 20 year old and 40 year old.
    A pretty darn impressive accomplishment. My hat's off to him.

    Not too shabby and I personally don't care if he's used Popeye's spinach in between, he still had to stand upright and take his swings vs pitchers 10- 15 or so years younger than him......and pitchers 10-15 years or so older than him. Think about it!
    He HAS HAD hip surgery, missed a full season as a 39 year old and bounced back.
    How may players at 39 years of age have missed a FULL season and returned to put up the numbers Arod has...

    Those who thought he wouldn't make it out of ST or are forever prejudiced against him and think the "old time players" were saints and were MORE dedicated and intense..............it's okay........nobody's perfect.
