    Gettin hyped, slowly but surely.

I canceled the autopay for renewal of LP a few weeks back. Might need to fire that up again.

More like the "jumping through a brick wall from 50 feet away" contest.

Yep, me too. He earned his $4.8 million last season mentoring Meyers Leonard alone. All these young guys (Leonard, Plumlee, Vonleh, Davis) are much more athletic that Kaman ever was, but he has such fundamentally sound footwork in the low post, he can teach them so much. And, he seems to enjoy passing along that knowledge to younger players. Of all the vets we had last year, I'm glad Olshey chose to keep Kaman. He's a perfect fit as a veteran mentor for all of our young bigs. Leonard and Vonleh already have great shooting touch, but lack Kaman level low post moves. Plus, I can't wait to see how much Plumlee and Ed Davis improve on the offensive end after working with/against Kaman in practice every day.

Maybe he can follow Dame's footsteps and do the dunk and 3 point contests

Nice to see C.J. looking so fit. After the injury his rookie year, he came in a little pudgy and it slowed him down. He looked better last year, especially as the season went on and he played himself into game shape as his minutes increased. He looks the fittest I've seen him in these photos. Going into training camp in great shape bodes well for a potential breakout season.

If I had any photoshop skills, I would put put in a steeplechase barrier underneath him, and a horse in the background jumping the same barrier.

Harkless and Montero are the two acquisitions I criticized. If you know me, it follows that in the preseason, I will probably designate one as my Favorite Player of the Year, defend him all year, and still defend him years after he's gone against Boob.[IMG]

I enjoyed watching Montero in summer league. Great play, bad turnover......dunk......stupid foul! At least he'll be exciting. Reminds me of a poor mans Anteduacumbooduakadtrapo or whatever his name is.
