I'm with Tom here... I think he'd work things within the law like he does now... it was more advantageous to him to file rather than to flounder... other business do it all the time, but whatever... I still think he's in it to take out the governors (Walker, Bush, Christie, Kasich, etc.). At which point he's gonna push his support behind Cruz. Who BTW handled Colbert quite nicely the other night. Nice little 10th Amendment teachable moment.
