    Thank you for sharing.

What struck me is that August is their vacation time, and when Dame demanded they give it up, everyone complied. Will that make them NBA champions? No, it won't. But the difference between a team with the talent to win and a team that wins is mental.

Just get some frigging talent on this team and let Dame lead them.

We've got talent on the team. I think the only players we are missing are a starting SG and SF. If we can draft, develop, or trade for borderline all-star wings we'll be ahead of where we were the past few seasons. If Aminu develops a reliable offensive repertoire, and proves to be a lock-down defender, perhaps we're only a starting SG away from being a playoff team again. But we'll need a SG who can create high-percentage scoring opportunities off the dribble, and provide above average defense.

I feel like losing Aldridge could be like losing a huge anchor that you didn't realize you were dragging.

But he will tag along nicely with Timmy D, Mr. Longoria, Manu and Bridge over the River Kawai.

His articles are all clones. The formula is, he pretends to be in stonestruck awe of some Blazer(s) who said a few words (not actions) which glorify his juvenile ideals (usually leadership and/or hard work).

That does it. I'm giving this guy a valuable Jlprk Like.

Damian Lillard is a true motivator, and Stotts is a perfect partner for him. We've seen it multiple times during the season. Who kept Hark from giving up? Dame. Who gave Hark a second and third chance to shine? Stotts. These two work very well together.
