<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Josh Carter tied a school record with eight 3-pointers and No. 11 Texas A&M scored the first 28 points in a 101-27 win over Grambling State on Thursday. Carter also tied a Big 12 Conference record with seven 3s in the first half and Joseph Jones finished with 20 points for the Aggies (11-2), who set a school record for most points in a first half while taking a 65-13 lead at the break. Kendric Baker made a 3-pointer with 11:41 left in the first half to stop Texas A&M's 28-0 run to open the game. The Aggies shot 64 percent in the first half and limited Grambling (2-5) to 21 percent shooting in the half and 19 percent for the game. The 27 points were the fewest allowed by Texas A&M since the Aggies defeated TCU 48-22 in 1948. Carter, Jones and Donald Sloan combined to make three straight 3-pointers to make it 84-21 with 11:30 left before coach Billy Gillispie took his starters out for good. Baker and Anthony Williams scored six points apiece for the Tigers.</div>Wow that's the most embarrasing loss I've seen ever since I started following college basketball(which has only been two years). I can't imagine how embarrased Rambling State must feel.

That was pretty damn impressive. I wish I had gotten to see the game... it's not the most embarrassing loss I've heard about. Texas A&M Prarie View (no relation) got beaten by over a hundred points earlier this year, I believe.I'm glad to see Sloan got a bunch of points off the bench and Acie had like 14 assists. That's just what we need.
