Just picked one up tonight. Thing is awesome. I know, I know, only a gig, but it is so small and light. Plus it clips on, it's pretty cool. Decent price too, could think of a better way to use my gift card than this. It's nice because you don't always need to carry around 20k songs, so you can load this tiny thing up with about 300 and keep the 80gb to plug into the car and stuff and at home. I love it.
My friend says the same thing, but I couldn't imagine going around without all my songs. I never know when I'm just randomly going to want to listen to something.
240 songs or so is ok, it'd be good to carry around with you while doing something or if you want to sneak it somewhere. I have a big music library so I'll stick with my 30GB Ipod video, but I recommend this if you don't have a huge library and want something very portable.
I have 2GB on my phone and that works fine for me, now that the 80GB iPod is out, I think the capacities are getting a little ridiculous. I don't know anyone who's even filled a 20, yet alone an 80.

Yeah, but I don't know anyone who actually uses puts large videos on there, who wants to watch movies on a 2.5" screen?
Yeah when I get a cell phone (im still pretty young) imma get one with mp3 playback because I don't have a big library of music and it seems like the best value to me.
It's definitely useful having it right there on your phone and not having to carry around another device, yeah an iPod has more features and it would be nice to be able to carry around my whole library, but it's not worth the extra money to me.

I got an IPod Nano. 4 GB. About 700 songs. Good enough for me but at times I wish I had a larger memory count.

Even though it doesn't put on many songs it's still great if you go to work out or something, very portable, it would be nice to have.
