    He can throw a t-shirt further and faster than a t-shirt cannon. That will help pump up the crowds during timeouts.

    Based on last night, I can't really argue with any of this. However, that's one game. Pressey, Connaughton, Montero and Johnson all looked worthless, but there's always Thursday.

    I'm very encouraged about what we might see out of this team with a bench of Frazier, CJ, Crabbe, Harkless, Vonleh, Davis, Kaman. The three scrubs sitting behind those 7 are irrelevant this year.

    Harkless = Ariza.

    Think that's a more apt comparison than any. Knew he was a steal when we got him, can't wait to see him develop.

    Vonleh reminded me a lot of a super-young Bosh for some reason. Just the way he moved on a few plays.

    There was a lot of mistakes that Pressey made last night. Him leading the team at the end was just the wrong idea.

    Yeah, Pressey was really forcing in his minutes. He started out not doing well and then pushed harder and tried to go hero mode, but it didn't work. I expect he will look better in other games, but Frazier had the big win tonight.

    Those four straight blocked/missed shots at the basket with his teammates wide open, for example. I thought after that play, "Dang, whoever that was just shot himself right out of a job."

    Speaking of which, I feel like we need a constant reminder of who is on the court. I was TOTALLY lost sometimes.

    I see why people criticize Vonleh's jumping ability. The combine shows he can jump, but he doesn't seem to actually do it as much in games. I think that will come with time and experience. But, wow if he gets his mitts on a contested rebound, he is either going to get it or at least pry it loose. And how about the form on that three? Beautiful. It will be fun to watch how he develops his game and how they use him. Certainly he is going to get his minutes--especially if Meyers has frequent foul trouble.

    Pet Peeve alert: Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

    From the Sacramento game report on SBNation:
    Why does this keep recycling? Barefoot, Mason is 6'11.25", Meyers is 6'11.75". Arghhhhhh!!!!!!

    Are those measurements from this season? Because Leonard could have grown.

    Yeah I'm not saying he's done for. He just pushed it too hard when he has other games to prove himself. Frazier definitely took the lead last night. When he was the leading point guard, he was calm and knew what he needed to do.

    From the draft combine. My frustration isn't with Leonard. He is always correctly listed. But I constantly see Mason listed as 6'10", when he is easily 7' in the thinnest of shoes. It is funniest when a writer will comment about him being short for a center. Really?

    Yeah that's not cool.

    I love the Twin Ivory Towers lineup.

    I kinda wanna call them City Mouse/Country Mouse, because Mason looks like a giant farmboy, and Meyers is very Metro.
