Just wait till his thumbs fall off when you need him and he shoots 40times a night...used to be a keeper, couldn't handle being the greatest ever so now he'll be a comfortable bottom 12 best ever in SA..good luck with y'know who...now kindly go back to the Alamo and contemplate the collective age of your team from here on out.
Welcome to the forum. Obviously, some are still mad about LMA leaving. However, we have a young exciting team with zero bad contracts, and in fact have a lot of cap space, too. So, in my mind we're jumped ahead to year 3 or 4 of a rebuild. We here in blazerland have value the stability of a spurs-type organization, and have tried to mimic that. It was really starting to work, but that is history now. There are some definite positives. Our current team is much more athletic than we were last year. Our defense, once everyone gets on the same page, could be as good as last year. This is exciting to at least me, because our defense will surely be better in subsequent years. We've been spoiled having 4 or 5 3 point shooters on the floor at the same time, but we don't have that any more.
welcome to lamarsha. Dude spent years here "developing" two good seasons and then went soft again. Enjoy the frustration.
LA will do well riding the coattails of Duncan, Pop, Parker, Ginobili and Kawai but as for being a leader or being clutch, the next time will be the first time. He's become more and more of a high volume, lower efficiency player as time has come by. Wait till you see him get doubled hard in the post. You'll pull out your hair and throw it in the Riverwalk.
LOL. Regardless of basketball fortunes, at the end of the day, we live in this gorgeous place and Spurs fans live in a dust bowl with an open sewer line serving as a tourist attraction.
No, that would be the St. Louis Cardinals, a perennial contender despite never needing to flop for one season to land a top 10 all-time player(Duncan). Without Duncan you win nothing.
Hey spitman...did your spurs go get their colonoscopies yet, I know they are getting up there in age...are their hips OK? I'm glad they stopped giving Duncan the senior citizen discount to the All Star team.
Fuck Allbitch! That passive aggressive, non effort giving, inefficient shooting, self absorbed, childish, mental midget Mofo! He and his lackadaisical partner in crime, Batum, are addittion by subtraction in regard to the Blazers roster. Come the start of the season, Neither of those coasting, laurel resting, pansies will be missed.
Wrong. We didn't want Batum (awful), Wes (hurt), or Lopez (not worth 13 million) back. And Aldridge will disappoint you. Played for us nine years and only got out of first round once (because of Lillard). Our front office had a GREAT off season. Got Aminu (massive upgrade from Batum), managed to get Vonleh (future All Star) and Gerald Henderson (solid) for Batum. Got Team USA center for our low draft pick. Signed Ed Davis (solid upside) for reasonable amount. Locked up Lillard for five years. And picked up a rising Mo Harkless for nothing. Get back to us in 3 years when we'll be contending and Spurs will be in lotto. Aldridge is not Duncan.
"Low-Post" would have been great, the problem is that LaMarsha would post up 18 feet away from the hoop.
