Not sure why everyone is predicting 28-38 wins. I've watched the two preseason wins and we look fantastic. So athletic, so deep, so enthusiastic, great chemistry, good passing, well coached. It's a better team. I think most of you will be very surprised this season.

We're also pretty much completely un-scouted so nobody knows how to guard us yet. In January I think we'll really see what this team is made of.

Great point. We'll already have HCP's 20 wins by then.

The team basketball and defense is surely better to watch so far.

I'm hoping for good things, too, but let's see how they do when the games really count.

We are certainly deeper than we were last year.

Deeper for sure. And better in some areas but I guess it depends on what you consider better overall. Because we certainly aren't winning 52 games this year.

Some of you Blazer fans are as happy as old men that traded their first wives in on younger models. Enjoy the honeymoon while you can.

But it is too soon to know if this roster is better than last season’s. But I agree they are more enjoyable to watch than last season’s roster, just like watching younger wives is more enjoyable than watching older ones.

Eh. I'll give it a couple months, then re-evaluate.

Our problem will be scoring. We really only have two scorers. The defensive potential is exciting though.

And I'll continue saying this. Aminu is better than Batum.

I didn't know where to put this, but Leonard's passing sure has improved. Off the top of my head, the alley-oop to Plumlee and the bounce pass where he lead Harkless for the slam were both dimes.

He was always a good passer imo. Just playing more free is allowing him to showcase it more. Plumlee can pass too. That's a weapon. I wouldn't mind seeing some Leonard alley oops to plumlee. Could be a hard play to stop.

We didn't dump our wife. She left us.

I think it's more like getting cheated on and then dumped by Sarah Marshall,
    [IMG]
working out a bit, and then having a previously-underrated desk clerk like Mila Kunis say that she really wants to be with you, and will do all the things Sarah Marshall wouldn't (cook, be faithful, etc) but you stayed with b/c had been the hottest person you'd been with in a while.

I'm looking forward to Mila loving us and trying her hardest to make us winners.

Glad to see someone else noticing this.

Though, if I do recall correctly, you were one of the few on S2 that were ML fans leading up to the draft.

first things first, I liked this solely for the fact it has a picture of Mila in it so my comment has nothing to do with the post.

but come on, it's the 4th game of the pre-season. Let's temper the expectations folks..

I loved last years team to start but it seemed afflalo was never able to gel with the guys, then wes Goes down and aldridge's head went to Texas. Rolo seemed to give up and we were fucked. Im already depressed with the ducks and niners shitting the bed but this blazer team is show I heart and as long as they do that ill be entertained and happy. I think we have the potential to be Bette than last year it's just going to come Down to can we stay in control in crunch time or will youth tank over and fuck us. Hopefully lillard can make like black jesus and calm the storm anytime the ship starts to rock, if anyone can it's him.
