Here's the scenario.Detroit was down four with just under 30 seconds to go. Delfino takes it, gives it to Billups in the corner, he shoots, he scores, and HE HURTS HIS LEG!!!! It obviously hurt, I'm not used to injuries to key players, being a Piston fan.Pistons down one, Stephen Jackson is fouled and shoots two free throws, makes them both. Billups is standing, but it looks like he is done.

He's done for the night. So Pistons down three, we get a two. We foul Danny Granger, he makes the first, misses the second. Rip gets it, and drives hard. He draws the foul on Stephen Jackson, Jackson fouls out.Rip shoots two free throws. Make the first. MAKES THE SECONDTIE GAME.
Uh oh, looks like we're done. Darrell Armstrong goes for the freethrows after Delfino makes a dumb foul. Darrell misses the first.AHHH he makes the second. No timeouts, .9 seconds left, Rasheed throws it down the court. it goes out, pacer ball, game over.
Ugh - with Chauncey out the Pistons are gonna have some big problems. Hopefully it's not too bad.Why are there so many damn injuries this season???
That was a weird game. Delfino was a complete joke, why would you tackle a 39 year old point guard with 0.9 seconds left? It was going to overtime. I hope Billups comes back soon, best of luck for his recovery. JO was awesome, he completely dominated the post. Where was Rasheed in the 2nd half?

What hurts the most is that if Billups is really hurt, then our point guards are Wil Blalock and Flip Murray. Prince can play some point. I think we need to sign someone like Jay Williams to a contract.
ahh never mind. On ESPN they say it was a strained right calf and his status for Sunday's game is unknown.

Delfino made a TERRIBLE play, I had no idea what he was thinking. We were just simply outplayed in this one IMO.
Delfino made a huge bone head move, and I was mad, but now his play of late has been better so he is kind of making up for it. I hope that he gets more consistant and stops making stupid decsions.
