So in watching this team play, AV is starting to play with the lines way to much. Hayes on the second line looks to be a terrible move as he just seems to coast around. The 3rd and 4th lines were setup up nicely the first 3 games, the only change that was need was Mcilrath for Boyle.

The power play is an absolute joke and Arniel needs to be held accountable for how terrible it's been from the end of last year and the start of this year. Something need to change here.

The simple fact that Arneil still has a job says all you need to know about this organization. We won't fire a bullshit power play coach nor will we get rid of a player like Glass. There's a reason that this franchise continuously gets so close but can't finish. And it's because this organization allows stupid shitty mediocrity to be the norm both behind the bench and on the ice. A winning franchise would have gotten rid of Arneil after last year and Glass as well.

Power play continues to be useless. Someone has to be held accountable for this. The same too much passing and shots from horrible angles. Extended 5-3 get the puck to the net and look for rebounds. They waste time passing around the perimeter.

It's the same story when they play in Montreal. They play like scared chickens every time they see that dope Price. Rick Nash has reverted back to useless POS. Him and Kreider need to wake up.
    Etem has not shown anything.

It is good to see Nash in post season form. Shooting from the outside and not going to the net to try and score. Doing a lot of good work off the puck and on the PK, but what we need him to do, score goals, he can't. I'm really starting to think we need to stop playing him on the PK. Save his energy for the PP and even play and hopefully that'll lead to some scoring for him.

And there's the Montreal bad goal to put the game away.

I hate the whole pull the goalie when down 2-0 when there's not enough time to do anything. Especially with this team. It's essentially a PP for us, which means we won't score because we have no fucking clue what to do with an extra skater. I said it last year and I'll say it again, and I don't give a shit how early in the year it is, if we can't get our PP going we won't win shit. It killed us last year in the playoffs like I said it would, but I was dismissed by most of you on here, and it will kill us this year.

Henrik played an outstanding game and
for it he gets no reward or victory.
PP failed terribly.....as others have said.......
    too much peripheral passing. Offense
was nothing. I can't even say, 'consistent'
because all night they were non existent.
Price barely moved in this game.
Typical performance by a Ranger team
in Montreal. They sure crapped their
    pants......all except Henrik.

That 3-0 start is a long memory for this bunch.

Agree, Arneil needs to be fired. One thing about Europeans, they know how to work the PP. I would like them to hire a Euro coach for the PP.

It just angers me to no end the amount of time they waste passing the puck around on the 5-3. Despite what Micheletti said those shots from Stepan were terrible with little chance of success.
