    Whom do you think will be Rookie of the Year? Of course I'm tempted to say Boban Marjanovic or Nemanja Bjelica, but I'm going with Emmanuel Mudiay. They've clearly handed him the reins in Denver and his experience in China has prepared him better than his fresh-out-of-college cohort. I don't know if he'll end up being better than D'Angelo Russell (if he doesn't, I hope it only happens after Russell leaves the Lakers) but I'm pretty sure he'll look better this year at least.

    If Mudiay doesn't win, I'm pretty sure it'll be because Towns does. But big men tend to take longer to look good.

    This. Somebody has to score for PHI. He'll get plenty of PT and plenty of shots. He'll benefit from being the best player on a truly crappy team.

    Mudiay looked good last night, but he'll have to share the ball more in DEN with his veteran teammates than Okafor will have to in PHI. Mudiay gets penalized for playing on a less crappy (but still crappy) team.
