My significant other asked me if I were going to watch the Democratic Debates. I said hell no, as a friend of mine told me back in '77 Democrats only wish to take ones money and give it to some bum. That little poster is pretty God Dam close. I did end up watching the debate though finding that the Democrat Candidate West was pretty God Damn Sharp with ideas more in line with Republicans. Can't stand Hillary and B Saunders is a nice guy with but a Socialist Daydreamer.
I watched about 45 mins of that debate, and came away thinking much the same...........and fk Hillary too.....(she should be behind bars IMO)...
Just saw where West has dropped out of the race. According to the squeeze that event was sponsored by the Clinton Foundation, ie rigged for the Bimbo. Funny thing about Hillary, bitches about salaries of CEO's but charges almost 200 K for a speaking engagement. As David Allen Coe would probably sing, if that ain't bullshit I'll kiss your ass.
"...and you run and you run, to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking, and racing around to come up behind you again..."
Just the fact the Hilary is leading in the polls doesn't say very much for the democratic party. I mean seriously, she's the best they have? Sad.
It's nice to know, there's a vintage long time PF Fan (59) here on the boards, to share their genius with. It amazes me how Gilmour would write a stanza of lyrics, (for this tune); followed by Wrights stanzas, fkng incredible geniuses......!!! No group IMO, has ruled the airwaves, and millions of minds around the globe, as much as PF........ "Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines Hanging on in a quiet desperation is the English way The time is gone, the song is over Thought I'd something more to say"..........
I love this live version above. Anytime I can see a PF video with Light Shows, I'm thrilled. PF patented those great light shows in concerts, long prior to anyone else)...but you already knew this, (chuckling in delight).....
...yeah, I remember Richard Wright the keyboard player, being diagnosed with cancer not too long after that concert...I think he only lived another year or two.
