Okay here's a question for you, do you think the 49ers are sorry about giving up on Smith & going instead with the over rated Kapernick?

This game holds little to no appeal for me. I know they thought otherwise when they put it on the Thursday slate but unless you have some fantasy interest or are a fan of either team the game stinks.

I don't think so. Alex Smith is nothing special and Kapernick has played better of late. I think he still has better upside than Smith does and the 49ers did go to the SB with him.

Same here, no interest at all. I despise Pete Carroll more than Barack Obumanation........and I can't stand Kapernick either. Since Crabtree is now a Raider, I have no interest in either teams......

most Southern Californian's would love to lynch the fkr, PC; after his flight out of town, just the night prior to the NCAA levying Sanctions, against USC.

Pete knew the entire time, who was dishing out what, and he didn't do a damn thing about it, other than let it continue; looking the other way....Winning was more important than playing by the rules to Pete.

that last clip with Akroyd and Hanks, you will notice the Jet Fighter in Canadian Camo Paint, behind Dan. That AC scene was shot/filmed in the Movie in/at Palmdale, CA.; at Plant 42, Site 1, one of 2 Hangars used for the entirety of the Space Shuttle Program, at that time, which I worked for and at Site 1.

We stood around during breaks, lunch, etc. to watch this being filmed. A temporary chain link fence was installed 100 feet from the Scene, and equipment.......

BTW- same exact location, where Space Shuttle Astronauts parked their exact same identical AC, (less the camo), during the Program.

Oh, as far as the game, this is a perfect reason why I think Kapernick is very over rated, you just don't know what player is going to show up with him. There's absolutely no consistency to his game.

He's always looked confused to me. He doesn't seem to know how to shuffle his feet to stay in the pocket, or doesn't trust his linemen, probably both.

He's not a pure pocket passer, not a running QB worth a shit either, and is inaccurate a roll out passer. IMO, he's over rated, and tarnishes Joe Cool's SF accomplishments. I know if Walsh were in his hey day, he'd say: Kapernick, is not the kind of QB this or any team needs....
