I honestly don't see KG being traded. Doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would pull an Iverson. I think if he does leave it'll be the front office accomodating to him and he goes out in a classy way like the player he is.
Ugh. I'm with dogma, unless something bigger than pure speculation happens, I'm not even going to pay attention to it. Same thing has happened with Pierce, and Iverson (until he actually did ask for a trade).Also, even if Kevin Garnett DID quietly ask for a trade, it is VERY smart of the organization to keep it on the low. Publicly announcing KG wants out, with the trade deadline less than 2 months away, is the wrong thing to do. It decreases the probable value and it creates extra unneeded drama within the team and organization, much like what happened to the Sixers. All the players played every game wondering if it was their last game in Philadelphia, the Wolves don't need that.So, until something bigger than speculation gets out, I'm not even going to worry about this.
I like KG a lot and would like to see him traded to a team that could win(hopefully the Suns). The Wolves should consider a trade for Marion, Banks, James Jones and our first round, or Cleveland's first round pick. There's really nothing to this rumor though, there have been plenty of rumors over the past few years and he's still there.

Well for Banks, we could also take a Jaric(not even sure if he's on the T-Wolves) and maybe add in Jalen Rose and/or Kurt Thomas. Thomas would balance out the salaries maybe.
I've seen sooo many of these rumors its ridiculous. Now that Iverson's been traded looks like KG's rumors will multiply by 2. Last off season a plephora of rumors came out after that I just stopped paying attention to KG asking for trades.
