Lol no. Henderson is nothing like Kaman. If he's healthy he will be in the rotation. You can write that down.

Let him play and build value, then trade his ass for a pick. I'd rather Crabbe and Hark play

I think people will change their minds about Henderson because I'm not sure how many have actually seen him play. He is a solid solid player.

Yes it Henderson last year on his contract guess what so is Harkless and Crabbe. Why I see it who ever sit between harkless or Crabbe they properly won't be with blazers next year

I like Henderson, and I think he can contribute. I thought he'd have been ideal as the starting 2 and then given way to CJ about 5 minutes in to kind of kick up the perimeter offense, playing McCollum with Lillard.

I think that ship has sailed. CJ has taken the starting 2 spot and looks great. Harkless looked good tonight and Crabbe is a known commodity ... I think Henderson has to wait until one of them goes into a slump for a couple of games, then he'll get his chance of the bench. But he might be the odd man out. Harkless looks like a real sleeper who can do a lot of things and if his shot keeps falling, his game is going to keep getting better and better.

Hendo will be a good vet off the bench. I think he will take almost all the backup 2 minutes, Hendo doesn't have the greatest shot but man he is still one hell of an athlete and is custom built to run up and down the floors while being a competent defender.

Crabbe is a known commodity? Since when? Crabbe is going to have to play better than he did tonight if he wants minutes over a proven player like Henderson. I really like Crabbe, but come on.

Teams get more injured, not healthier, as the season goes on. Unfortunately he won't be the only injured player we have. He'll get his chance.

Its unfortunate that the 2 players that would/will be impacted by his return are the 2 players (Crabbe and Harkless) on our team that have had to deal with confidence issues and lack of playing time even though potential is there. I would hate to see their progress take a step back because of this. With that said if Hendo plays withing the system he will nothing but helpful

This. I also agree that folks are forgetting or don't know how good Henderson really is.

It was hilarious watching his face last night on the few occasions they panned over to the bench. CJ was walking over, swag on high, and smiles for everyone, and Gerald looks over with a look of, "oh shit, that dude just took all my playing time."

I think Stotts will bring Henderson along slowly with spot minutes off the bench until he gets his legs under him. Eventually, though, he's likely the starter, in a 3 guard rotation. Ruffio, I mean, Crabbe will go back to the bench

CJ had a nice game at the starting SG spot, but we need to see if he can cover that every night. I would not get rid of Henderson until CJ shows he and Dame can stand toe to toe with some of the best back courts in the West.

Crabbe can learn from Henderson, Henderson can get the backup SG minutes once healthy, and Crabbe can take his spot once we trade Henderson mid-season. Depending on who we trade for.

I am fine with Hendo playing some over Crabbe. I don't want him playing at backup SF over Harkless though. On a team full of surprises Harkless might just be the biggest by the end of the year. That 3 shot is money so far.

Hendo is undervalued in here for sure. Agree with that. But at the same time, it isn't about this year. It is about letting our players develop. So I say let him be vet influence and not play huge minutes unless Crabbe just sucks it up.

At the time of the trade, everyone assumed it was Batum-for-Henderson, with Vonleh stupidly included as a throw-in.

I think we can now safely say the actual deal was Batum-for-Vonleh, with Henderson thrown in as salary ballast. He may have been an OK player pre-injury, but his current value is zero.

Really doubt Bos would make that move.

What he excels at is what CJ excels at as well.....the mid-range game. The do it in different ways. Hendo creates by being uber athletic while CJ does it with change of pace and ball-handling. Henderson is the better defender and a little bigger but CJ is more of a threat from deep and can play a little PG.

If they continue to improve, I'll take Crabbe/Harkless at the backup SG instead and move Henderson for a future asset.

I think he'll be tradebait to a contender if they lose a rotation wing. And as a starter on a playoff team, he SHOULD be worth more than a low second rounder. Maybe some sucker team will offer Will Barton, Victor Claver and Thomas Robinson for him.
