Then it's a rotation problem, you make one or two substitutions, shuffle the lineup

For a lot of the new guys this was a taste of homecourt cookin'..great win, great team effort...HCP bringing the guilt thread....now he's down to only 19 more wins after dissing my 43 prediction....reality check time...it's called Homer Karma FAMS!!!! I only got to watch the first qtr and highlights after the game but I think I might have won the prediction game or at least got close...a good sign!

Dame had 11 assists last night, right?

I wish Damian would shoot closer threes. He jacked up at least two (three?) unnecessary threes that were a good 5 feet from the line. It used to be I "knew" his threes were going in. I "knew" those were not. If only he knew it too.

Sometimes it looks like to me like Dame is "deciding" to shoot the three, then "thinking" about shooting it, which is the death knell for a shooter. I just want to see him shoot normal threes in the normal flow of the offense.

Yeah I saw a few guys tense up with the lead; we didn't push the ball as much and didn't pass as much.

Its also just part of the NBA; when your opponent gets a defensive stop its easier for them to score and when you get scored on its harder to get into an effective offense. All teams in the league go on big runs. How many times last year did we say the Blazers played well from behind but couldn't hold a big lead.

What I took away from the game last night was that all of our guys who played have legit NBA talent, and they seem to have the drive to do something with it. Other than Dame, Plumlee, and maybe CJ, none of the rest are close to their potential. All the miscues they made were because of lack of experience, not lack of talent or effort. That bodes really well for the future.

I would love to witness the tape review session of this game. It is great for a young team to see a game where they did everything right, then also see a quarter or two where they did many things wrong, but still got the win. Hopefully they can fix the leaks that almost lost the game for them.

Totally agree and this is what I been saying for awhile now, Dame should shoot 1 or 2 threes a game now. Thats it. Hes just isn't deadly from there anymore he should stick with what hes good at now which is his improved driving ability, mid range, and getting to the foul line. I'm afraid that 3 point shot from him will just be very a streaky unreliable weapon for him now..

Dame's game last night reminded me subtlely of a young Andre Miller.

Hmmm... someone who claims to be a fan making excuses when we win...

and celebrating when we lose. That sounds awfully familiar...

Exactly. Him and Kaman are valuable pieces to a contender come trade deadline.
