There's something about this cat I really like. He fits right in to the Portland mentality. Work hard, don't be a pussy, defend and rebound the fucking ball

Davis has no Laker piss and purple stench to him at all. He didn't belong there. He belongs here.

Big Ed is going to be the next Wes Matthews in terms of what he means to the team and the city.

I remember back when he was in Toronto and I was like "I hope he's a blazer some day". So, this is good stuff. Hoping it works out!

When Olshey said he's building a team around Dame, he meant more than just skillsets...these guys want to be here and really seem to have created an environment for maxing out their talents. I'm excited about where the franchise is headed

He may have been in their colors @ 1 time... but to me he was never a Laker, he's always been a Blazer; welcome home Mr. Davis.

This guy is awesome. Love his game

Just needs a haircut, or even cornrows. His current look is awful.

He's in a place where he WANTS to be, he won't fade; if anything, he'll only get better @ worst he'll remain the beast he's been :lift:

Nothing wrong with an old school 'fro. Besides, I'm worried if he messes with it, he'll lose his strength and power....not to mention a badass look.....

Agreed! We enjoy giving nicknames to players, howz 'bout we call Davis THE Honey Badger bc of his attitude/toughness (the hair is an integral part of all this, helps further illustrate he "give no fucks!" :smiley-yup:) [IMG]
