Our whole team got in foul trouble pretty fast..Hornicek was prepared with a game plan that took CJ out of the game..Tyson Chandler had a monster game which didn't help

Ahh, Im with you now. Then as far as completely creating thier own shot.. well... IF AminU (better stren?>??) continues to develop his handles, I still think he can do that., but I get what your saying. And as far as another one on one guy... Harkless looks to be our best potential 3rd option currently on the roster and playing.
    Hendo maybe?
I dont know if we really need a third scorer though. I just think it LOOKS that way because the team is still new and lost at times with the cohesion of their offense. I think in time as they settle down and roles are more clearly defined, we are going to see more precision ball that will prove to open up enough for the two wee have to be enough. These two have many kick out options... those options are just not in the right places at the right time, consistently enough.
Givem time is what I say. If at the trade deadline, requiring a third bonafied scorer is a glaring need, then NO will make the moves.

The only reason to do that would be if this team was actually sniffing the playoffs by the trade deadline.

    Time for a JinxSpeed guarantee!!

I was afraid of that in the pregame yesterday. He is a good center. He plays smart and he does not get burned very often. Was hoping Davis would be able to out motor him and Plumlee was faster but as you watched experience won that game. Tonight i bet it will be different.

Speaking of which, I will never question Speed's fandom again if he goes on another Blazer Nerd-Planes, Trains and Autombiles cross country trip to encourage this Motley Crüe to abandon all hope.

Geez, so vague as usual without elaboration. Whats the point of the post if your not going to back up your opposing view?
I said quite a few things. Do you think none of them are accurate? Do you think that is not what we need from that position, or do you think I am wrong in thinking AminU can become that man? Either way, your post sucks. Sorry.
SLy edit if this is considered personal, but Its how I feel about crap like this...

I've never been a Crabbe fan, though I've tried to keep my opinion on the down low because of all the avid fans of AC on this board. Ive always felt he was WAY overvalued. Now it's time to move him to the end of the bench. That or cut him. The guy is so incredibly inconsistent. He was been given a bundle of chances to prove himself last year (too many IMHO) and just can't seem to handle it. One hot preseason game doesn't mean squat. Maybe he spends too much focus on his hairdo. Regardless, it's time to give all his minutes to Harkless and to start combing the waiver wire for someone better. Yeah I know it's only the second game but I'm done with him. After having said all that, I hope all you Crabbe fans have an opportunity to rub my nose in this post sometime later in the season if he finally gets his shit together on a regular basis. I would have no shame in being wrong about AC. But he has a very long way to go...

He played great in summer league and a couple preseason games. He was ok as a starter last year which wasn't bad considering our bench. When he misses shots he still contributes on defense. We aren't giving him an extension now or anything. I'll hold out my final opinion of him. I would be fine giving some of his minutes to Harkless. I also want to see Aminu fresh with minutes capped around 30. Crabbe's defense is much better than CJ or Dame so if teams aren't trapping I like having him at the 2 guard. We will have injuries at some point so Crabbe will have many chances to prove himself. As you said its 2 games ;)

Yeah...I know that there has been enough said already, but this was so out of the ordinary. From the first tip we were getting phantom calls. Not just one or two players, but the entire roster. Not like we have a reputation for being physical.

Even with all of the poor calls, we hung with them till we could no longer put together a line up that could maintain any momentum. I would want a review of the game and the refs held accountable for throwing the game..at least investigate these guys cause something stinks.

You base players real potential off of video games? I know video games try to be real as possible, but personality is a huge factor in a player.. other than that, im kinda at a loss for words....

I wish they wouldn't play extra games at the airport, it's dangerous with all the luggage everywhere. But I'm glad we won.

I would be down for getting Harkless some more minutes at the expense of Crabbe. I think Crabbe still deserves some more chances though. I wouldn't cut him or anything like that. I am pretty sure Neil is going to be evaluating him throughout the season and will make a call during the upcoming offseason. I like some things that Crabbe does. He is actually pretty damned good at anticipating steals and getting into the passing lane. He also has active hands on defense. He just seems pretty clumsy with the ball on offense though. He needs to work on his handles and learn not to dribble into traffic without having a plan of escape. I think those are learnable skills. I don't think he could ever be a starter in this league, but if he works on a couple aspects of his game, he could be a good 3 and D guy in the future. Let's see what he looks like at the end of the year. Just my opinion.
