I am VERY glad we got Aminu. He is playing pretty dang good at the moment and could arguably be PLAYING the second best on the team. However, I think he is going to have quite a few nights were he gets lost (like a lot of our players) this year. I don't think he will be our 2nd best player when we look back on this season. If he is then something went wrong. He is a perfectly suited as 3rd best for now (and 4th best once we find our 2nd All-Star) which is nothing to sneeze at!

    I always do.

So how the hell are you? Did you hear that Lanny moved to LO? Nice house.

I don't think the Blazers have a second best player tbh. No one stands out.

Though I am seeing key defensive instincts from Crabbe that you just can't teach. A player either has it, or he doesn't.
I dislike how he looks like drift wood at times on the court though. But this is his first real NBA action outside of a few games last year.

Currently it's probably CJ, Plumlee, or Davis. Once Henderson comes back he'll be our second best player until one of our young guys gets more consistent. By the end of the season I expect it to be, in descending order, either CJ, Meyers, Harkless, or Plumlee.

I can sort of see that - more the UNLV Augmon than the NBA Augmon, though - but Luol Deng is the strongest similarity I've seen so far. Size, skillset, physical appearance, intensity and impact on the game, it's all there.

If Henderson is really our 2nd best player, that is not a good thing. He was a cast off from a crappy eastern team.

You really should stop calling out MM when you turn around and admonish him for calling out Speed. And I not talking about this post specificially. You did it two other threads a day or two ago.

You're right about last night. I was actually trying to give him a complement in that last post. He really is a huge fan.

Amino is filling the stats like we wanted Nic to do. So far he has been very consistent overall even starting out 1-7 last night. He is all over the place and a defensive monster. Absolutely our 2nd best player. CJ is our second best shooter...possibly our first. Dame by far is our best player though.
