Huge win! Didn't realize we were down 17 though. KG needs to hang it up that's for sure. Great to see Stotts leave Crabbe in there during crunch time. Knowing his coach has his back like that could help AC down the line. Dame was just toying with those guys out there, such a stud!

That's what sucks about being minny right now... I said in the game thread "Have all 5 guys on Martin on the inbounds" because he's the only reliable 3 pt shooter... Towns made 1... but lets see it in crunch time... I could live with him and Rubio or anyone else but Martin hitting that 3. So, very predictable on minny's part.

I think KG is basically a mentor at this point. A player coach of sorts.

He is, and that's fantastic for a guy like Towns. They have Dre Miller over there to. Can only help guys like Rubio to practice against him everyday.

The funny thing about that is that Stotts is doing it right. He's playing the young guys. Minny isn't. They're wasting PT on Garnett, who isn't doing squat.

Towns is going to be a STUD. I loved watching him play.

    Deing looks good as well.

Ah OK, Minny broadcast said it was his shooting hand. I agree he does look to be rushing. He looks very nervous when shooting, I think he's trying too hard, and just needs to relax. But he won't get more comfortable/confidence by sitting on the bench, so I think the court is the best place for him right now. We're not going to win the championship this season, so we need to focus on developing players; even if it means losses.

If we wanted to win games, then yeah, he should be getting some minutes on the court.

You think Kaman is better than Davis and Plumlee?

First half of the season he migh be. Until he tires out. He is so skilled. So different kind of better. Remember last year? Arguably a top bench player in the league until the half way point and then ran out of gas.

It certainly would be nice to have a scorer in the post. None of our bigs really have a post game.

Not necessarily better. However, he's certainly better than Vonleh. If we wanted to win games Kaman would help steady the ship during some scoring droughts. In limited situations he would have provided more to the team than any of our bigs.

Crabbe couldn't make a shot. Then when the game was close, Stotts put him in and he hit that clutch three. Then Coach left him in for his defense, and that paid off too. Stotts is such a bad coach.
