    last couple of games with our awful inside D is an exclamation point of why I suggested going after someone like Whiteside in next summer's free agency

    Going after him is easy. Getting him is another story.

    Duh! But we have the money and Miami could have some issues signing other players and with Lux tax if they max him out, and with Lillard and our young cast we "might" and I stress "might" be attractive, in FA a lot depends upon what a player wants if money is equal, and there are likely things we and others don't know about what his motivations might be, however if you target players as we should he has to be IMO top 2 or 3 and is certainly worth the effort and thought

    Oh I agree. I just read that Mia is actually going to be plenty under the cap this off-season. They should have no issue signing him. Worth a shot though.
