I hate 7:30 starts. I can only read so many pages of a book and make fun of Aldridge so much.

Ah, who am I kidding. SUCK A FATTY (PREFERABLE RAYMOND FELTON) Lasuckus Alloff.

Wesley looks strange in a Mavs uniform. He also looks like he has a hitch in his giddyup.

It seems that he'll bring some more perimeter defense to this team.

I'd eliminate Noah Vonleh's minutes with GH returning. Let Crabbe play SF, give Harkless more minutes at SF and play Aminu at PF some.

Exactly. I am still optimistic on Vonleh, but he isn't ready yet. I think he could be a real player in a couple of years though.

As much as I am on the optimism train of Vonleh, I can understand it.

But I also agree with handclap... I think he's gonna be a beast in a couple years.

The fact is without Vonleh we just have 3 real PF/C in the rotation, and I believe Aminu is gonna get most of his minutes at SF.
Maybe we should get Cliff a shot and see what he's made of.

We definitely need another viable 7 footer on the team. I'd prefer a classic banger/rebounder.

Aldridge is like "Who the hell was that and why'd he greet me? Oh whatever, ya know."

Before the start of the season I was actually not thrilled to have Hendo, but now I'm pretty hyped for him. weird

    Saying this for years
When it first became apparent LA was leaving, I kind of understood it and felt OK, he had to make his choice and there were reasons to leave.

As time has gone on, I've become more antagonistic about LA's decision. More stuff has come out and it seems like he was kind of a whiner who had a good situation and didn't want to do enough of the little things to fully take advantage of it. Had he come back, the Blazers were, with a couple of moves, a contender in the West. He's not a guy who was leaving to try to get a ring in his last couple of years. He left a position where he was the centerpiece on a very good team to be a good player on a good but aging team, and that just seems wrong to me the more I think about it.

In the long run, I think we are better off ... I think LA leaving forced us to shake things up which gave us more room for moves and a higher ceiling, and I think Lillard is the leader I wish Aldridge had been. I still respect LA's contributions over the last few years, but leaving the way he did left a bad taste.

I was in the camp of "he made a decision for him and his family" and I get that...

Now? With all the stuff coming out?

Lets just say... there's a way to do it... and not do it...

    He's a tool.
