I dont ever have a real issue with anything here, but this is pretty shitty. Joking about someone with terminal cancer dying is not ok. So go fuck yourself

For what? A second rounder is more valuable than him.

MM, I just want to say I have always considered you one of my comrades on this board and always appreciated your input. I think that probably JLPRK and I might have similar styles in handling situations and I see now that it is a style that offended you and might have been hurtful. I'm sorry for something I said a couple weeks ago and I thank you for clarifying the situation and your feelings about using humor in this situation. I always wish the best for you.

I agree with this. CJ will never be as good as a healthy Brandon Roy, but his game is much more similar. I'll take CJ over Crawchuck, and CJ >>>>>>>> MoChuck in every aspect of basketball.

I agree with this. Except Noah is awful. If people hate Meyers, they'll loathe Noah.
I'm really hoping we can trade Noah in a package for DMC or George.

I've posted about 3 times in the last year that I think you get picked on. After awhile, I think you noticed my pattern of saying that. So I've been on your side. When you announced you were leaving the board 2 times ago (not the most recent time), everyone joked for over a page, but I was the first to offer sincere wishes about your health, and I kept asking, swimming against the current of the thread.

So this time that you announced you were gone and then returned, I joked that you had been dead while you were absent. I officially apologize to Mediocre Man, his family, and especially to his great State of Texas. May God bless America, and more important, Don't Mess with Texas.

May you manifest many many more years, Mediocre Man.

Now that I've apologized, I have a question about your post. You used the term terminal. In the past you have said very little about your condition, other than that you flew to the Orient over a year ago to get treatment to your head. That's the extent of my knowledge. What kind of cancer is it, is it necessarily terminal, and if so, have they given you an estimate of your longevity? No one would ever joke about it if you filled us in. For all I know, it's something treatable like skin cancer from sunburn. If it's definitely terminal, a little info would go a long way.

Remember this summer when I said we needed to bail on TWJM (The White Javale McGee) before any GM's saw enough game footage of him to be wise? His shoulder injury might just be exactly what we needed...

I got crucified for suggesting that, btw

    Agree with OP.
Both Crabbe and Meyers don't have mental focus, professionalism and tenacity.
They continually play like they're playing on the local court at a holiday resort.

No focus. They are the two players that are at odds with what the new rosters culture, fostered by Dame, is all about.
Trim the fat - lose the mental midgets.

What a troll post... dude your better than this...

Both of you have points but here is the synopsis. (This may sound cold, but I am coming in from an impartial viewpoint for the most part, so I apologize in advance if I offend anyone but....)

MM, I have also wondered the same thing. You make mention often of having terminal cancer, but are on and off the board. For those that care, please expand upon your condition. For those that don't, it may seem suspect with all the vagueness, and potentially a ruse to stir up sympathy and nothing more.

You often mention that your humor has no bounds, so to speak, but I see it as vary narrow, cynical, depressing, off-base and negative most of the time. Maybe expanding upon your condition might help us understand this humor? Your original post (basically out of nowhere) to Stren was nothing but to try to stir up more drama. It wasn't funny in any sense of the term. What was the point of your post, if it wasn't to troll and stir up more drama by trying to instigate another argument with the very person you were saying you cant argue with? I mean... I hope you see how insane that statement was? How absurdly meaningless it was? It was a waste of your typing and a waste of my reading.
I think everyone in the universe knows you and Eric don't get along and the reasons why. Your necessity to enter damn near every thread and continue to point it out is depressing.

I hope you understand I have nothing against you, and i'm not going to ignore you and I wont keep beating this dead horse of a topic and I will just leave it with this...

Let people in and they will understand. They may not agree, but they will understand.

 Allen Crabbe is taking a step. He has had a really good run of games, and is the biggest reason we’ve been in any of them. He definitely a bright spot in this losing streak.

Mediocre Man, I'm guessing that you don't tell us about your head/brain surgery because it makes you a little paranoid, and you think that true opponents would ridicule you, and jokers like me who like you would make a crack now and then. That was the first and last time I made or will make a joke about it. It's just that you leave occasionally, someone posts that he hopes you're okay, then you later reappear. So when you returned, I joked, you're not dead yet? I thought you'd be feeling happy to be alive, and like my stupid joke. I won't do it again. If you are fighting for your life (I don't know; you won't tell us) you are probably on medicine that sometimes make you see tiny message board skirmishes out of proportion.

Trade him! No don't trade him, he's playing well! No trade him again! Vonleh sucks, let's trade him instead! CJ should be a sixth man! Crabbe is a building block! He's worth less than a second rounder!

I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

We should definitely trade Crabbe, because it's totally the needle mover we've been waiting for.

Lol this thread is hilarious. I've never understood the hate people have for crabbe. He's one of my favorite young guys on the roster . The skills are there and he finally has the opportunity. I don't see why he can't end up being a Danny green player
