Which is why it was good to not make such an offer to Wes and to let CJ have his minutes.

Nico is also shooting 42% from three and is second on the team in plus/minus, assists and rebounding.

But you know, haters gonna hate.

Barton is becoming Denver's best player. RHJ is playing well tonight.

And he won't stay there. He'll be going somewhere else for sure. I'm not convinced he would have stayed here either.

Of all the moves over the Summer, I think you'd be hard pressed to find even the biggest Blazer fan who would advocate giving Dallas money to Wes.

Here's a forgotten ex-Blazer who's doing surprisingly well all of a sudden: Jerryd Bayless. I would've bet good money he'd be out of the NBA by now but Jason Kidd seems to have found a way to use him.

I always liked Bayless and didn't understand why he didn't get more PT and was basically traded away for nothing.

Watching Batum this year, it really looks like his back is bothering him. Even when he's kicking our ass, it looks like he can't bend it.

Barton looks like the biggest loss of last season. They have him locked up for a few years on a cheap contract too. His game would fit with our current roster, would have been interesting. Who knew.

Batum has played really well but he is going to get the max and stay in Charlotte. I don't think he has any value as a 30 year old on a $100+ million contract.

Tough seeing Wes struggle but he has been hitting the three, playing decent defense and has a couple nice games. Looks like a bad contract.

Felton is killing it in Dallas, might be their best player thus far. This is his free agent year so he's decided to get into shape and earn some money to buy cupcakes. Dallas has been effective starting him and Deron Williams in the backcourt. Makes me think CJ may be tall enough for a long term starting SG. More and more NBA teams are going with dual PG. Along with the stretch 4's just seems to be a trend of smaller quicker players with more skill out on the floor. You either want a quick guard or a lanky Aminu/Kawhi sized defensive wing. Hell Dallas had three PG's on the floor all at once for extended stretches; Felton, Deron and Devin Harris.

Brilliant is a bit much, and when it comes to 4's in the league he's no where near the likes of Griffin or Love in that regard. He's not a bad passer though, and playing for the Spurs will make him look exponentially better at it than he really is.

Batum has definitely had the best post blazer career thus far, and it's not close. Batum - Aldridge - Rolo - Wes
