-Tom Coughlin, Giants-Dennis Green, Cardinals-John Gruden, BucsI think all three will lose their jobs this Off-Season, even if the Giants make the playoffs.Post others who are on the hot seat.
Art Shell is going to be fired this off-season, it's pretty much all but been announced. Bill Cowher will probably be fired as well or he will leave, etc. I think Dennis Green should get another shot in Arizona, I don't think their are that many great coaching candidates left and I doubt Carrol will go there like it's been rumored. (Maybe if he gets GM powers which he didn't have in NY/NE) I don't think you can blame John Gruden for whats happening in Tampa Bay, they had no QB, an aging defense and a team with very little young talent. Him getting fired would be a shame. Tom Coughlin? It's a mess in NY and he will get blamed but I think they should keep him. Injuries and a lack of depth/defensive talent hurt them this year. That defense is a mess and they need to upgrade it. Eli Manning looks like a scared little boy out there half the time, I don't know...
I can't forget about Jim Mora Jr. He's not necessarily on the Hot Seat, but he could leave due to the rumors about him coaching college football.

I think he could be on his way out this offseason, my god I still can't believe he said that in the radio interview, what an idiot.
Romeo? He has had 2 years now and we have gone no where and have done nothing.I respect him a lot and I think it is only going to get better for the Browns, but some seem to feel he could be on his way out.
All the guys SunnyD listed, and Jim Mora too. The Falcons are very talented on offense, and have a solid defense too. I don't know what happened. Hmm...maybe John Fox too. I think he'll keep his job though. I think the Steelers will give Cowher another chance too. It's not his fault that they started so badly, and that Big Ben has played like crap this year. He's a good coach..Dude, it's not Romeo's fault that the browns didn't do well. It's that they just all around suck.
IMO if the Colts dont go far in the playoffs this year Dungy well be on the hot seat. His defenses have been atrocious and he hasn't been able to take advantage of the best QB of this generation.
Dennis Green's seat is on fire and I'm not a big fan of him at all but I'd rather not change coaching staffs AGAIN and there's not that many good options to start with and the best of the worst wouldn't even come here anyway. Green is at least good at judging talent, at least in drafts and I just don't want a whole new system in Arizona again. A lot of our guys have had 2 coaches in their short careers and Anquan Boldin has had like 5 different quarterbacks too. It's not good for chemistry to keep switching things up.

Running the ball was their bread and butter and injuries killed it. The defense was impressive in the beginning of the year and took a nose dive, Grady Jackson/Rod Coleman have let them down lately. Other than DeAngelo Hall the secondary is questionable with Lawyer Milloy (who's lost a couple steps), Jimmy Williams (a talented rookie who's had some problems) and JR Reed and Crocker. There have been a lot of in house problems with the Falcons which have hurt the team, not to mention Michael Vick continues to not take the leadership role. I don't think they will fire Cowher because of a bad performance, Cowher just doesn't have it this season, I've read fans saying how he doesn't have the same energy. A lot of people just think his time is over there, he's been there forever. Romeo Crennel should get another chance. That offense is just pathetic and the defense is troubled. Like many teams they have drafted sexy players early and it has not helped not to mention they have not built a very good offensive line. Other than Andruzzi and Fraley they have nothing. Kamerion Wimbley is a stud OLB/DE but they just don't have the players. On offense they have a bad QB, bad offensive line and no depth anywhere.
