...with the recent sphincter tightening moves along with this latest bit of news, the Yanx are now destined to regain their proper place as Baseball's top team in 2016. http://espn.go.com/blog/newyork/yankees/post/_/id/90699/yankees-announce-2016-coaching-staff ...it's in the bag.
Received my E-mail from Steinbrenner Field yesterday open statement dealing with watching the Yankees start on the road to championship 28. My first thought was to respond back with fire Cashman and they will come. Once again Girardi will be the Que Ball subordinate to 8 balls. What a fucking joke this franchise has become.
^^^yeah, not as bad as the days when CBS owned the team, but unless some major changes are made, it's heading in that direction.
Forgive me sounding silly but, the "off season" isn't over yet and ST isnt due to start for a couple of more months.
1st K. Long, then Pentland, Scape Goats for a brainless GM and an idiot Owner....... clipped from article- "Jeff Pentland took the fall for the team's early playoff exit in 2015."
IMHO- I don't give two shits if a batting coach working on a one year contract took the fall for the team losing the WC game. The Yanks lost IMHO because they drew an unlucky number facing a pitcher (Keuchel) who not only had the year of his life, but had previously shut the Yanks down in 3 reg season (2015) starts allowing 0 runs in over 20 IP. The "exciting" "young" Astros scored 3 runs on 5 hits in the WC game. That's the way the cookie crumbled. Keuchel!
That is one of the problems of this team, sniveling about facing "Dallas". The bopper Yankee Teams respected rather than sniveled over their opponents finding a way to kick their ass. The '15 team started into the tank when the Indians kicked their ass 3/4 in the Stadium, from there it only got worse.
So true...........this organization has fallen into the depths of Retread Nation. Cockerell will be shown the door next year.....and the revolving 'excuse' door will keep on turning. It's a pathetic truth that the Yankee brass will keep tarnishing their great history.
I don't see any "sniveling" over anything. It is what it is. And I am certainly not whining over changing batting coaches.
