• Portland and Dallas split the season series 2-2 in 2014-15, with each team winning both of its home games.

• Dallas is 3-3 when playing at Portland since the start of the 2011-12 season. The Trail Blazers were 2-0 at home against the Mavericks last season.

• Neither team has won consecutive games in this series since Dallas did so during the 2012-13 season.

• Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu averaged 5.6 points and 4.6 rebounds in 74 games with Dallas last season. Aminu averaged 11.2 points and 7.2 rebounds in five postseason games with the Mavericks.

Bow and arrow was lame.

Let's kick some Mavs butt!

My prediction is Dame will play. Maybe not the whole game though. He'll not want to break his regular season streak if he can help.

Dame will play, count on it.

Excited to see Wessy.

I'll be there in my #2 jersey. It will also be nice if Stotts can play Vonleh more than 15 minutes a night ...

Has Wes Matthews been cleared to play in the second game of a back to back? He played a lot of minutes last night (36 I believe).

There is absolutely NO WAY Wessy misses this game. Carlisle's attempts to bench him will be futile.

I have seats behind the Mavs bench for this game. So excited to see Wes.

I have section 103 seats right behind the courtside seats. My sister and I will be there with our Matthews jerseys. I don't really care how the game goes either way I just want to see Wes.

Why?

As far as 3pt celebrations, I rank em:

1. 3pt salute-- just looked bad ass.
2. 3 goggles-- the whole team did it! Rudy/Patty/Nico, loved that chemistry and BRoy even got in on it on occasion. Hell, even college players picked it up.
3. Bow and arrow-- Wessy wore this out by doing it so frequently. Though it was sick when Dame did it after hitting a massive shot to kill another team's spirits.

It's weird to me that you like a non-blazer so much that you don't care how the game goes at all.

I'm almost certain he's going to cheer the team if they do good tonight.

Or he can be ambivelant. It's really his choice. Not ours.

I want the Blazers to win obviously. But if they lose, so what? At least for this season, the W/LL of this team is rather meaningless. I'm excited I'm going to be there when Wes returns to the garden. You seem to be having a hard time trying to understand why someone would be happy for a player not on the team they love.

I'm jealous of you. Wish I could go tonight just to give Wes his well deserved applause and appreciation.

I will just have to do it from home.

LOL alright.

Y'all are tripping. Wes has had some bad games yes, but he's had a couple of decent ones too. I hope he comes back and goes off. Last time he played here was vs Dallas when he injured his Achilles. I'd love to see some sort of symbolic return to Wes tonight.

@Dame_Lillard (stomach virus) upgraded to probable for tonight's game. His consecutive games streak should continue.

Dame either really doesn't wanna lose that streak or he's ready to go. Excited to see Wes play. Wouldn't mind if he dropped 30 but that's doubtful
