Offensive ROY - Vince Young - Nobody had a bigger impact as a rookie, I don't care how many TD returns Devin Hester had, how many rushing yards Maurice Drew had. The guy was put in a good position this year and just like he did at Texas came up big where it mattered. Jeff Fischer is the most underrated coach in football, he and Young made the most out of the least. Defensive ROY - Demeco Ryans - He had 145 tackles, about 25 more than the next guy. Nobody else on defense sticks out as much as him. AJ Hawk was solid in pass protection this season and had 115 tackles and Ernie Sims had 123 tackles.
