But.... California has some of the toughest gun laws in the country.

They banned assault rifles. They banned high capacity magazines. Every purchase/sale has to go through a registered dealer. They have ALL the laws that gun-control advocates want.

Then we'll just distract this all with a hashtag campaign.

Why is this being considered a mass shooting and not a terrorist attack? Why does Obama IMMEDIATELY start banging on the gun control drums when this happened in the most heavily regulated firearm state in the country?

The shooting happened in Paris and over 100 people were killed. France has strict gun laws, and all anyone wanted to talk about was terrorism. They wanted to talk about Islam, refugees and ISIS. Nobody talked about the guns. Nobody cared about how the terrorists got fully automatic rifles into a country with strict gun laws.

Shooting happens in California, a state with some of (if not the) most stringent gun laws in the US, and now it's all about guns. It's all about mass shootings. It's all about how we need to do something about the guns. What am I missing? Why is this a mass shooting and not a terrorist attack? Why is this STILL about gun laws? Supposedly the shooters were using AK-47's..... which are illegal in California. What's the difference here?

It seems like they haven't released any info on the shooters yet. I'm curious what it will end up being.

Speculation seems to be all over the place. Maybe ISIS? I guess we will find out in due time.

There are some conflicting reports. Some say they were white, some say masks, etc, and couldn't tell.

One suspect is dead, one is at large, and one is in possession.

It'll probably be anti government nutjobs, or (less likely) some rogue terrorist.

    Nothing would surprise me.

If you're going to false flag, California would be the worst state to do it in. They already have a shit ton of gun control. If anything, having these types of shootings in places like California and France only supports the argument that bad people are going to get guns one way or another.

One other possibility is it may be a family who had a kid or family member that had dealt with or was a person who was being taken care of by the regional center and were unhappy with how it turned out maybe had benefits cut. A few of the family members maybe wanted to exact revenge.

California is the easiest to pass something extremely restrictive.

That seems to suggest it's not ISIS or Mexicans. I'm still holding hope that it's Aspies!

but seriously, I wonder how many more times we'll have these kinds of tragedies before we just totally ignore it, do nothing about it and continue on with our day? I'm guessing 0 more.

    Presser with the Sheriff:

    1. They had assault rifles (good thing we banned those!)
    2. They did not say whether it was Terrorist or not
    3. One of the dead shooters is a woman
