    Skating in long, sweeping circles with the puck while everyone else waits for you to look up and do something with it. Acting like he's the only one on the ice. He needs to learn how to let it fly. He's got a hell of a shot.

    The patience Hayes shows could be a good thing...if it was patience and not a total stop almost. That's his thing...he does it all the time. On the PP, full strength, in the playoffs...whatever.

    Fine line because being patient is a good thing, but he goes too far...do something man.

    And he refuses to shoot 99% of the time. We have way too many players like that on this team, so he isn't alone there. Brass, Hayes, Zucc, Yandle to name a few will only shoot when they are 1000000000% sure there is less than a 0% chance a pass can get through. Frustrates me.
