well, some of it is out of date and out of touch with modern times. Thats why we can amend it. Considering the only people who had any rights back when it was written was white land owning males (and it allowed people to be owned as property), we amended it. Why? Because it was old and out of touch with modern times (at the time it was amended).
Amend it by all means. It's been done 33 times to address those things you mention. Amendment is not barfo's way. He chooses an authoritarian system where unelected bureaucrats can pick and choose what rights we have and when we have them.
Personally, I don't believe at all that the cure for radical Islam (a rare thing) is Islamophobia. Germany has taken in 1,000,000 refugees from Syria alone. There are another 3M elsewhere. That's millions of muslims who choose to flee radical islam and terrorism. There are another ~4M who fled their homes but to safer places still in country.
You take historically violent people and introduce them into safe countries, shit is not going to get better. It's been what 2 or 3 months, give it a few years. Organized German cities will start to look like parts of Syria, they will bring how they know how they live into Germany
