These are my guessesG: Chris PaulSG: Nate RobinsonSF: Charlie VilleneuvaPF: Channing FryeC: Andrew BogutHows that look? There not a bad team, but they do lack a front court defensive presence. They are a high scoring team in some ways, and are good rebounders. Chris Paul would run the defense nicely, and Bogut is a positive presence down low. As for the SG spot, it was really a hard call, but Knicks fans, I took Robinson, though there is really no clear cut SG in this rookie class of 2005.
pg-Chris Paulsg-Monta Ellissf-Charlie Villanuevapf-Hakim Warrickc-Andrew BogutThats a explosive, young team who can run and score. Thats what im seriously expecting the sophomore lineup to look like in Las Vegas.

Whats amazing is that in the summer he really spent a lot of time in the gym working out and getting prepared for this season, he really fits in the GSW lineup real nicely, giving Baron some much needed help in there backcourt that has been empty for a while.
PG-Chris Paul/Deron Williams/Raymond FeltonSG-Monta Ellis/Luther HeadSF-Hakim Warrick/Marvin Williams/Danny GrangerPF-Charlie Villanueva/Ryan GomesC-Andrew Bogut/Andrew BynumChanning Frye really isn't having a very good season. He needs to grow a pair, and go bang downlow. He is very soft, he can't rebound, can't play defense.

actually, we might see Deron Williams at SG, hes having a better season than Ellis, and for those kindve events(all star weekend),putting a PG at the 2 isnt that bad.
I agree with CB4's lineup (wow is that possible). Except I might move Gomes ahead of CV (its questionable, and you can argue it either way) and Granger ahead of Williams, and maybe even Felton at SG.

I made my list based on players that can/have played those positions. I'm not going to just put Deron Williams at SG if he never plays there, and he doesn't really..
ya I know that, but for example, Vince Carter started at PF last year at the allstar game...for those kindve events, it doesn't matter much.

For those kind of things, they don't really focus too much on "point guard" or "shooting guard." It's basically two guards, two forwards, and a big man. Also guys, note that there are only 9 rookies and 9 sophomores to make this team. Reason why he takes jumpshots because he gets open from the screen and gets him open. There is still a month to get better. Plus he hit a gamewinner, put 30 points couple weeks ago so he is slowly coming out of the slump.Nate Robinson can't go in with the suspensions.
Here is the sophmore team I am liking.Sophmore Starters:1) Chris Paul2) Monta Ellis3) Hakim Warrick4) David Lee5) Andrew BogutBackups:G) Raymond FeltonG) Deron WilliamsF) Charlie VillanuevaF) Channing FryeI can't believe that no one has picked David Lee for the starting lineup. He is averaging 10.6 points, 10.5 rebounds, while shooting 62.5 percent from the field. He hustles, tries hard every play, and is a good dirty work kind of player. I think he completely deserves to be in the starting lineup for this team.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Jan 1 2007, 01:36 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Deron Williams is a PG..</div>In the All-Star game for a couple years, KG played at the SF spot because they had Duncan and Shaq at the PF and C spot. Positions really dont matter all that much in these kinds of events.

I took Marvin Williams off and replaced him with David Lee. I completely forgot about him, for some reason. I'm surprised, because I love the guy and I love his game. He has had an excellent season. I guess I'm just not used to thinking about a Knick when talking about All-Star weekend. just playing.
