I consider dismantling the team to be shipping some combination or all of Rose, Noah, Gibson, and Gasol. What kind of trade value do you think they have?
Not sure about. Kind of interesting that I would have bigger issure with trading Gasol then trading Rose at the moment. I was somehow surprised Gibson is still on roster. I expected some trade with him this offseason.
I would be happy if the Bulls did one or the other. "Win now" and "Win later" at the same time doesn't usually work for most teams. Only negative to "win later" is that it gives these jack-a-lopes 3-4 more years to say they are "rebuilding." This is Paxson's 13th season and its hard to argue why he deserves several more, but we all know that isn't going to change.
