As far as the poll goes, think the answer is a very emphatic "no."

Dude just does not have the fire. Good thing we didn't give up anything to get him.

I've got him down for getting 2 rebounds and 2 fouls ...not exactly a breakout game

Lillard is shooting a career-low 41.8 percent so far this season

    Damn that's Hardenesque

Funny enough, the only reason Harden is known more is because he gets to the line... which Lillard is trying to do (with more honesty).

Also, career lows, to me, can only be applied after a season is done. How can a career low be a career low if it's not a total number?

Ok, he's "on pace for" a career low. Better?

He should try and make more shots. That would be the easiest way to improve his shooting percentage.

To be expected when teams can zero in on you more. This is the worst supporting cast he's had

Since I see this season as one long training camp with rotation spots to try and earn...the individual stats don't have as much meaning as they did with the last core group of starters...you had an identity with history together...this season, it's not fair to compare the starting unit with one that played together for years.

Doesn't mean it's going to be true at the end.

Yeah...so? Does that negate Tunchi's point--that so far this season, Lillard's FG% is the lowest of his career? Is one not permitted to compare a current season to a previous season until the season is over?

He's a nice player and all but he's just a little too much of a chucker right now. Too many "7-23" nights.

I still believe Cj is a better pure scorer than Lillard who in my opinion should shoot more than him. I think that would be more effective for Lillard to be more deadly picking his spots more efficiently..

I reckon Lillard's FG% would be substantially higher if the refs actually blew their whistles every time he gets hit going to the rim.

    Pretty much, yes. IMO.

How can a 82 game season be compared to a 25 games?

Also, can you really, REALLY, compare a baseball player that plays 162 games to 144? They try, but it doesn't work. Too many factors play into each year, IMO.
