100% correct. Just hard to watch him play every night....plays on the perimeter and never delivers a hit. Occasionally stands in front but never uses his size to his advantage. He's just a 3rd line one dimensional player who skates well (not hard) and has hands of stone. 6'3" and plays like 5'10

Plus he's an awful puckhandler, he just flips the puck ahead and ends up giving it away most of the time.

Great potential, terrible motivation but CK hasn't really earned much of a raise with the effort to date. Seems like every time he picks up the physical play he ends up in the box.

He's dumb, dumb, dumb. He also seems to be a player that is not coachable. If the moron would skate fast then curl at the blueline like Mess did, the moron would make tons of plays. However, he's so fuking stupid, he has no desire to change his game.

I would have no problem using him as a piece with Nash or Staal to make a deal, CK is reminding me of MDZ lately.

I'm done with his act. I haven't been more disappointed in a player in a very long time.

I'm all for trading him. If we can get Girardi or Staal to waive their NTC and package them all together, even better. I think that's the only way you get rid of those albatross contracts is to package them with a young guy like Kreider who, with the proper coaching and mentoring which he isn't getting here with this team, could be a really good player one day.

Coaching and mentoring excuses aren't going to cut it. Everyone vilified Torts when it came to Kreider. Now his garbage has continued with a new staff in place. Blame the player not other influences.

Well Torts didn't help him, but when he came up and until this day there's no one really on the team to teach him how to use his size and skill effectively. Everyone on this team shoots from the outside and no one uses their size to drive the net. That's what Kreider should have been learning from Nash, but Nash is a pussy and doesn't do that. He just shoots weakly from the outside, which is what Kreider has learned to do now. Honestly, I feel that if Kreider is put in a situation where someone teaches him to drive the net and use his size and speed effectively he can easily be a 30 goal guy.

While Torts can be as ass I would bet you he saw exactly what you're seeing from Kreider now. I'm sorry but I'm not going to buy excuses when it comes to Kreider. He's simply a lazy low hockey IQ player.

This. Kreider has 200 games in the NHL. At this point if he can't figure it out it's on him, not the coaches.

I used to question morons at OTG and HF as to why if Kreider was this great prospect with great skills, couldn't he dominate at college and was barely a PPG player. Now you are seeing it. He's dumb. Lazy. Low hockey IQ. If you ever sent him something on twitter you will also see he has no ability to take constructive criticism. He sulks like a 10 year old. Honestly, guy has turned into a joke.

Wait until the season ends. The clown will think he's a $5 million player.
