BTW, Lindberg has 1pt in all of December so it's not like he's gunning for any of Gretzky's records and AV decided to bench him.
Nash isn't even in the top 50 scoring this year making $7.9 with awful postseason numbers. I'm not going to sweat one game for Lindberg, every player on this team should get a day off every now and then. Staal a -3 tonight, what a dud.
If the team had a great offense which you knew would put up 4/5g a night you might be able to make something of the season. But combined a leaky D with a below average O and it's not going to be pretty. They may pull a rabbit out of the hat and barely squeak in but im highly doubtful.
Omfg how could we bench thr incredible oscar lindberg.....its amazing all these great coach/gms we have on this board...u know the guys who go to practice go on road trips..see what happens off the ice as well as on the ice...guys know everything that is going on with these players and their lives...is it possible that lindberg needed a game off? I know that is impossible to believe as these guys are just robots to some of you.
