I actually forgot they played tonight. That is how little I care about this crap team at the moment. Suspect I'll watch Kreider and Hayes play another game with their head up their ass.

Glass continues to play. AV, please look up our record since this tool has come back and I don't care if he has been less useless.

They just don't have the endurance or mental fortitude to hold leads anymore.

Glass on the PP...not much to say there. Coaches, just like everyday people, have blind spots and AV has HUGE one for Glass. It hurts us.

Miller and Kreider scoring goals tonight is big. If those two don't perform we have no shot big picture. And also give credit to Boyle. He has played really well recently, and been on ice for a large majority of our PP goals.

The guy who is getting a little pass in here, more than Kreider and Miller I think, is Hayes. Given his salary and his RFA status this summer, he is a guy I could see being on the move also. He has been awful the past few weeks. I also read his attitude has been poor and he has acted like he's entitled now. That could go hand and hand with some wondering if this team has some chemistry issues.

To me that goes hand and hand with winning a lot of times, but this Ranger team has always been a tight knit family type team, but that doesn't seem to be there this season. Maybe it is as simple as when you lose it seems that way, but I don't feel this team has the same unity as the past few seasons.

Also funny to hear Sam say Zucc just passed up a golden opp to shoot in favor of a risky pass...SHOCKING...LOL.

Lastly, our D has been awful. No way to sugar coat it anymore. The way we have played D the past month has been a complete joke. These guys better wake the F up and start playing the system again and covering guys in the D zone. Ridiculous.

Look who we are dressing on D tonight.
    Summers - reject from AHL
Boyle - does not play any d
    Yandle - sucks defensively
Staal - plays like a 40 year old. Does not give a fuck anymore.
Mci- been the best d but still a rookie
Mcd - has been up and down.

What a nightmare. This team is in complete disarray. The team has not looked this bad in years.

    That was a productive period.

PP them...they score. PP us...we don't score. PP them...they score.

    Pretty much sums it up.

To me the Caps are the best team I have seen in the NHL this season. I think they are really good, and just need Holtby to be solid and they have a great shot at a cup.

As for us, we need to make a trade. This cannot continue much longer. Tough spot due to the cap and the fact that it takes two to get a deal done, but we need to do something. This team is so flat and stale it is mind blowing. Without some move I don't see it improving.

Yandle OR Staal OR Girardi must be dealt. And I think you'll have to package them with Hayes OR Kreider OR Miller to get something good.

It's just sad now watching this team. Max one more game and Klein and Girardi will be back, so that is a plus, but that just means even more a dman needs to be dealt. I still think Staal and Girardi have value, you need to come up with some way to get them to waive their NTC.

Hank has not played up to his usual level, but not many of these goals have been his fault during this terrible stretch.

Rangers are just bad all over the place. The team is in need of a shakeup in the worst way. Cannot stick with this roster.

I am going to be very interested to see what this team does the next few days before the break and right after we return from the break.

The last 17 games, which started at TB and includes tonight, we have 12 of a possible 34 points. In the last 14 games including tonight we have 8 of a possible 28 points. This has been a month of terrible hockey for the Rangers, the TB game was 11/19.

Many times I said okay now let's get things going again only to be letdown by the next game even more. Something needs to be done here I think. Not sure I see this team, with so many miles on it, turning it around as is.

AV continues his phenomenal coaching. I think Ulf has to be fired after this game just for the sake of sending a message because I am not sure what kind of roster change they can make right now with tight cap situation.

What do you honestly think that's going to do? It's suddenly all Ulf's fault? You have to make an impact in the locker room with the players. The way you do that is to shake up the roster. When your friends are sent packing you take notice. Firing an associate coach isn't going to do jack.

Tight cap AND not many teams looking to really make impact deals in December.

My vote is Hayes. I'd try and move him. He cannot win a FO, but is better at C. And I do not like what I have read about his attitude. If Johansen wasn't on CBJ in our division I would say make an all in play for him. Just hard for me to see CBJ trading him in the division.
