Why would you put your 4th line out there with Glass, up by 1 goal with 3:30 left, AND with an offensive zone FO coming up off an icing by the Ducks.

I really don't get that one AV. Makes zero sense to me.

At least we got a point. Now let's see if we can get the 2nd point in OT or a SO.

They better find a way to get the second point. This will be a very bad squandered point if they let it slip away.

For sure Mess. This team needs that week break badly. Klein and Girardi should be back. Maybe some time away with family will help clear their heads and get them ready for a good run out of the break.

Next home game isn't until Jan 5 two weeks from tonight.

At first I thought penalty shot, but I rather have a 2 minute 4 on 3 than a penalty shot for McD I think.

There you go. Quick puck movement. Boyle has become a PP monster for us. Sweet pass. Nice shot by Zucc.

They needed that win heading into the holiday. Hopefully it gets things going back in the right direction.

Head into the break on a positive note. Hopefully that can jump start us.

Will be very interesting to see which dmen sit if G and Klein are back. Summers is obvious, but who else? Boyle has been real good and great on the PP. I wonder if they go with 7 dmen. Maybe bench Glass or Etem.

A little extra rest never hurt a struggling team. At least Klein and Girardi will be back. Maybe we can get a xmas gift in Buchnevich defecting. :)

Buch just got traded from a non-playoff team to a playoff team in the KHL. Best case see you in February.

Staal continues to be useless. Boyle has picked up his game. For all the bashing he gets he deserves some praise when he plays well.

Agreed. Boyle has played well, and he has been great on the PP. What we expected when we signed him.

Could be Staal, but still would surprise me as two RD come back in. I think 7 dmen is the play. Cannot bench Boyle right now. He better not bench McIlrath. I bench Glass or Etem.

I would agree. When your team is struggling you don't sit a guy like Boyle is part of the group playing well. Neither Glass or Etem would be missed. Paging Rick Nash.

Etem's 2 best games as a Ranger have been his last two. It would not be right to bench him next game. He's earned some more ice time, and also they need to figure out what they have with this kid. If we're scratching a forward for a game or two it should really be Hayes.

If McIlrath winds up on the bench I will lose it.

Yeah, Hayes is possible also. We all know Glass should be the guy, but since he's sleeping with the coach I doubt that happens. If he benches McIlrath OR Boyle I will be angry.

Staal, Hayes, or Glass I think could be the guys. BUT I could see Etem also since he won't bench Glass, Staal is a LD, and Hayes is a top 9 forward at the moment.

I think we may see some type of deal right after the new year.

It's freakin amazing how Joe and Sam go out of their way to praise Glass who is f'n useless in every part of the game. The fact our coach continues to play this assclown is embarrassing to the organization and fan base.

No matter how I "see" it, this team is still slumping.
They do not look anything like the past few years.....
