Ugh, This sucks

    I start my huge diet tomorrow, My goal is to lose 30 pounds. I'm at 220 right now, That would drop me down to 190. I don't want to do this, I don't mind being chubby. It never caused me any problems. I don't care about being skinny I just want to be healthy. I will update this weekly with my progress.Monday: Lift weightsTuesday: Basketball for 2 hoursWednesday: Lift WeightsThursday: Basketball for 2 hoursFriday: OffSaturday: Basketball for 2 hoursSunday: OffI will be doing 300 situps per day also.

    It's not hard. I used to weigh 217, that was my peak in like 8th grade, now as a senior I'm at a healthy 195. Dieting usually isn't the right way to go though unless you can do it the right way. How are you gonna diet? Hopefully the right way and not starve yourself like most high schoolers. Good luck dude.

Again, I'm not doing it to get skinny. I want to be healthy.     Damn Tony how are you going to survive without them snacks lol, but seriously you should reward yourself with a snack once in awhile.EDIT- LMAO I'm listening to WFAN it's a sports radio in NY and the host was talking about weight issues.

    Tony, you wanna be famous? Well, at least internet famous?Take a picture every day in the same position throughout the diet.Then make a slideshow video of all the pictures and I guarantee it will be featured on youtube [​IMG]I think I've seen like 10 of those videos.

    Yeah I agree with RF though. You may get a little slimmer and quicker because of less weight, but if you have no cardio stamina it won't matter anyways.

    Basketball is my cardio, I will be running full court games for 2 hours each day. I hate running with a passion unless it's for basketball.

    You should get on the bikes too if you play basketball at a gym. That's not bad at all if you have Sportscenter in front of you. Good luck with this. I have trouble eating 3 meals a day without snacks. I should try to do that though. My goal is to lose 10 pounds.
