Does anybody follow the Worlds Strongest man contest? I love it, It's interesting. I used to train to qualify for the contest, I lifted weights like a mad man. Then I realized it's not something I wanted to do. I wasted a lot of time but gained a huge amount of muscle in the process.
I saw a strongman contest in Altona, MB. Was pretty interesting but it's not something I'm able to do. I'll always going to be skinny and fit instead of muscle mass like that. I'm more speed anyways.

He beat him in the last event by less than a second. It's the first time an American has won since 1982.

Those people are all on steriods, yikes, I've watched these events on ESPN...I just feel bad for them because they are unhealthy...but it's fun to watch.
Dues veins are the size of BCB's ego.. and they about to pop out and sh*t.. yeah it always comes on like real early in the morning or late at night. OR when ESPN needs a "filler" before something else comes on
I've seen a few of the events on ESPN. They catch my attention but I don't find anything they do as over-the-top amazing... "Why not?" you ask. "Well, it's obvious all of them are using steroids," I reply.
I watch it sometimes when nothing elce is on. At like 2 in the morning on ESPN 2. I remember one time this guy was pulling something behind him and kicked off his shoes while he was pulling it. After he had a bloody mess, it was pretty nasty. When you really think about it. These competitions are just plain stupid. Working out and keeping a good healthy body is good. But going to the extreme like some of these guys do, its ridiculous. Muscle man shows are even worse...EDIT: Kinda like that one little boy. The worlds strongest boy, whatever his name is. I feel bad for that kid, he'll be dead in a couple years. His body in ruined for the rest of his life
