As I reflect this Season, surrounded by Family, and give thanks for being home, with even more thanks for being warm; out of the elements, (and its been freezing fkng cold here, -7 the day after Christmas, 30 degrees, with Winds at 51 mph, gusts up to 60mph)...... I'm forever reminded of those who aren't with their families, but brothers in arms, who are in harms way often, to serve and protect US interests....... It's these guys who have protected our way of life, especially Christmas, if ISIL had their way, there would be no "Western Christmas": this says it all: One of my favorite non-sports pics, I've had blown up into a poster on my Office wall, above my PC, always a constant reminder, of Angels Falling from the Skies- dig it.......!!! and a bit of humor- this one, reminds me of constant badgering b/t my Army Uncles vs Myself and my other USAF Uncles: and this one, can be anywhere other than Tennessee, over 2.0+ million guns registered since Nov 1st-to present, nice Xmas gifts- Reminds me of a couple of small Ga. Towns that have ordinances, where every town folk can possess a free and concealed weapon.....that's a great way IMO, to end the bullshit violence within. Ok, thanks for reading, now back to my "Rock-n-Chair"
But pardon me if I have seemed To take the tone of judgement For I've no wish to come between This day and your enjoyment In this life of hardship and of earthly toil We have need for anything that frees us So I bid you pleasure and I bid you cheer From a heathen and a pagan On the side of the rebel Jesus.
