Point-Guard: Tim Frazier Combo-Guards: Dame and CJ Swingmen: Crabbe, Henderson, Harkless Forwards: Aminu, Leonard, Vonleh Centers: Plumlee and Davis Deal With It
Minute Distribution: PG: 24 Combo-Guards: 24+48= 72/2=36 Swingmen: 48/3=16 Forwards: 48+12=60/3=20 Centers: 48-12=36/2=18
I think what many have been saying is that Leonard is a Center. Let me edit your list just a bit: Shooters (5-): Dame, CJ, Crabbe, Leonard (Harkless, a bit but he has a severely limited midrange game) NotShooters (Many): Everyone Else.
To answer your first comment, Lemard is doing better in a one-big lineup like against Utah but is still soft as an inside defender and plays as a guard on offense. I think if we had a PF next to him we would have done better and that a Leonard-Plumlee lineup could work even better on many occasions. I think he could play either front-court position when he's actualy a very big guard
I think he's a key player for us and that if he gets most of the minutes when either Dame or CJ sit we'd be a very good team
His minutes have been inconsistent at times I guess but he has gotten plenty of minutes some games and he hasn't done much (to be nice) with them. You are just infatuated with him sorry to say my friend. You could be coach and Frazier would still be mediocre.
Frazier and CJ is our best lineup without Dame, I think it's obvious, then why shouldn't it be the lineup when Dame is on the bench? Frazier could also play with Dame and have him play off the ball which is something he's already doing on many possesions with CJ. If we play just Dame or just CJ we need to at least play 2 of the 3 swingmen otherwise we don't have enough offensive fire-power. CJ and Dame if they play 36 minutes each and one is always on the floor only play together 24 minutes a game, the other 24 minutes maybe shouldn't all go to Frazier but I think it's our best option in many lineups
me three. this starting Vonleh and him playing 15mins a game is fuckin stupid. Davis is doing what? 22-5mins off the bench? wtf is up with N V starting, gotta be avgin the lowest mins as a starter in the league. PLUS, for the guys on the bench out-performing him, wondering why they aint starting.... he can easily get 15+ a game off the bench, start the people that have earned it, not a project thrust into the starting lineup as an ongoing poor-return experiment. christ, it fucks me off.
oh and also, that rotation breakdown is terribad. TF is in no way, shape or form the starting PG we need. Ever. I wanna see.... Dame CJ Crabbe Davis Plum With, ??? maybe TF Henderson Aminu/Harkless Vonleh/Alexander Myers/CK battling it out on the regular for the other minutes cut up. Personally id love to see Harky n Alexander shine through.
2015-16 Tim Frazier: - PER: 3.7 (that's not a typo) - FG%: 31.8% - 3P%: 15.4% - Assist/Turnover Ratio: 1.27 - PF per 36: 4.2 Even our "combo guards" have better Assist-Turnover ratios: - Lillard A/T= 1.94 - McCollum A/T = 2.05 Tim Frazier is not playing well in the time he's getting. I see no reason to give him additional minutes.
I'd start Dame Crabbe Aminu Leonard Plumlee bench led by six man of the year CJ Henderson Harkless Davis Vonleh.....this bench mob gives other second units fits
Is the front office lazy? Is it too much work to cut Frazier and give someone on the fringe of the NBA a shot?
