Being 100% honest, do you see Lillard leading our team to an NBA Championship someday?

You know, a lot of people are talking about how the Blazers need a post threat, but how many teams have a good post threat?

Anyone thinking the Blazers could get the eighth seed, lose in the first round of the playoffs to GS and come back next year as currently comprised somehow having made up significant ground on the Warriors needs to have their head examined.

CJ had a terrible game, going 7-23, and getting torched on the other end.

Leonard was +4, the only + on our team. We need to start him and play him more. Time to stop fuckimg around. Vonleh's offensive inability costs us at the start of games.

Exactly. Stotts made adjustments. Walton is out of his depth. Lillard dropped 20 in each half.

He missed 5 easy shots, so he has no excuse for not scoring 50. And now that I think of it, he should have had 20 assists easy.

Sly dropping some cool Lillard facts!

Here's another one: When Damian Lillard does a pushup, he doesn't push himself up. He actually pushes the Earth down.

Don't care what Leonard's #s are until he stops playing scared. I get it, he's not a low post scorer. Doesn't mean he gets to play so soft defensively, absolutely avoiding any sort of physical contact. He gets boxed out by guards.

I said "currently comprised," as some people here have been saying the Blazers could do what the Warriors did a couple of years ago in getting into the playoffs and keeping the same roster, basically, with a couple of tweaks and turning into a juggernaut.

There's a wide gap in the talent between these teams right now. If you think the Blazers can pick up someone in free agency that can bridge that gap to any great effect or make a trade in which they'd be giving up talent to acquire talent, I think you aren't being realistic. This isn't a difference between talent of the top couple of players. It the difference between players 3-15 on both rosters where the Warriors have a humongous talent edge.

The Blazers need to get a lot better, and that starts with getting a lot more talent. And the best way to do that is through the draft.

In just 4:42, Connaughton had 2 points, 2 TO's, 1 PF, 2 steals, 1 assist and three rebounds. So you haters have to at least give him this much; he was active and made his presence felt. He was as productive as Henderson and Harkless tonight, in about 1/5 of the playing time.

That type of play - straddling the line between awesome and awful- is reminiscent of another 2nd rounder from the Blazers' past, who with some seasoning and coaching, is now thriving in Denver. I really hope we can groom Pat into a good role player, if not a great player.
