I don't think the Caps are hands down to win a cup at all. I do think right now they are clearly the best team in the East though. But a lot of hockey left to play. Playoffs are a long grind where anything can happen. There are NO givens in the NHL...this is not the NBA.

I didn't really mean you Chuck, I've been reading a lot and a lot of experts have been saying that they have the best odds of winning the cup. Maybe they do Justin Williams was a good adD, Kuzentsov (a soft Russian) plays with more balls than Hayes and Kreider
I still think Yandle is the one to be moved unfortunately. Even if you could clear cap space you cannot sign another dman for big money long term. So unless you can move Staal, Yandle will go I think. Package him and Hayes and get a big scoring forward. Maybe that is the play.
