Phillips began his California=All State, National ranking, RB/FB (a grown man, playing a kids game in H.S., at 6'0 225-lbs, bowling over entire lines, and backfields; running the ball 50 times a game first at West Covina. Lawrence was a Racist Bully. From feats of a grown man sized kid on the gridiron, to the halls, or playgrounds of West Covina H.S. B/T both, He was never out of the eyes of the press. He played a man child's game: (all brawn and no brains), beat on any small white kids who got in his way, or didn't worship him. Fight after fight, year after year, the school did its best to cover up, a "bully racist" constant fights at school.*** He ran 50 times a game very often, never less than 35 it seems: and set record after record for State, his entire career in High School b/t two L.A. schools. His first two years, at West Covina H.S. His last two at the bigger Baldwin Park H.S., often a State Contender. Year after year, his games were "the highlights" of the sports news-week; more-so at the bigger, State Contender 'Baldwin Park H.S.. ***He beat only on small white kids; and you'd of thought a big White Kid, or Teacher, would of said that's too far. After Phillips broke a small white kids arm in a bullshit altercation/beat down; always brought on by LP. The School was sued, and Phillips attorney, got LP to move gracefully un-scathed, to another High School, (B.P.), as slick as possible. Beating white kids was his addiction of un-stoppable hate, anger and a lot of pompous arrogance, some or a lot due to his inability to handle the press, that made him out to be the All State Contender he always was.....his fights were a repetitive bullshit game he played, and never ever learned how to control his problems. Non of Lawrence Phillips antics surprised me. The slow decade of bringing him down, was damn near entertaining, after reading, hearing of one kids need for an ass kicking, early on in his life; time again, to humble his dumb ass. I have no honest feelings that were even decent for this punk....!!! Is it ironic how many black men who make 'it big'; go down like the sack of shit, morons they were to begin with? They routinely sold people a ton of shit in the process....
