The Brooklyn Nets are considering hiring Bryan Colangelo for their general manager vacancy. Colangelo has a strong track record in building contenders with the Phoenix Suns and Toronto Raptors. Colangelo stepped down as president of the Raptors in June of 2013. There is also a growing belief within the league that Prokhorov is leaning more on Sergey Kushchenko.
