Why the slam at Nico? He was among league leaders in distance traveled on the court. How is he lazy?

Regardless, incentivized contracts are an interesting thing.

Eh, most miles doesn't mean effort. I am speaking more of lackadaisical game play. Loafing, floating. Not being assertive and aggressive. That would all change I think if he knew he would make an extra $10,000 a night if he had a double double.
I am singling Nic out, yes and maybe he is an anomaly where he puts up numbers even when looking passive. I honestly don't think Nic wold have performed any better with an incentive, but I think the majority of basket ball players would. And actually, I dont mean play better, I just mean give more effort. No quit. Running up on EVERY shot on D. ETC. Hope that made my view a bit more clear. Not really trying to knock on Nic, but he is the first that came to mind, and after watching his career here, Im wondering why your questioning me? :) lol
I think we all believe Nic could have been so much more of an impact player in his career thus far. I really thought he would turn into our second option behind LMA.
