Just watching Yankee Hot Stove, Brian Cashman said to Jack Curry that there will be no more major trades. There you have it folks.

I can't help but wonder if he's either doing what he does best-

#1- Lying, then changing his mind, flip flop, flip flop
#2- He's hit a new level of utter sheer INCOMPETENCY...

I'd wager both, and either way, I've got a fireball in my guts over what to expect this new season....

Yeah finally, It took me a while to get back on the computer and it screwed up all my passwords. Then the Tornado hit not far from my house and that screwed up the computer even more. Glad to be back with my boys. :bgrin:

PC probs PC (piss) me off, I've been re-building mine, slowly piece by piece, and it sucks, until the final outcome is produced and complete...

This is something we need more of. One thing that pisses me off, (other than PC probs), is for every 100 Police Officer complaints, probably more like every 1,000 complaints, only ONE of these stories (below) are reported on the News... and the media enables breeding infestations of bullshit sensational news, and lets stories of "goodness" go into the round-file

Shit got kind of rough on the Fla West Coast this week end. Glad you survived that tornado. This area was not too bad but walking my dog this AM I did report some downed power lines.

It's scary it was only a mile away from me. I didn't hear anything but people told me it was like a train crashing. Not familiar with the area yet being here less than a year. I don't remember hearing about tornadoes in Florida.

Yep, you will find them here, and you're correct about the train sound. Went through one in Virginia, seen a couple pass when I lived in Orlando. Florida can get some crazy weather patterns.

How did everyone in Tampa Bay take the earthquake way back during the BSPN boards. If I recall correctly, that was a ways off shore, yet rattled around pretty good in Tampa/St.Pete. Wasn't there another one or two quakes in the same area off the shore of Tampa, since then...???

...Mom and I were talking about the bad weather down in Florida and she said it got pretty rough where she's at...and though the tornados in Florida are not usually as strong as other parts of the country, they are fairly common.
...and if I'm not mistaken, Florida also has the most lightening strikes of any state. Between tornados, lightening, and hurricanes, "The Sunshine State" has gotta be weather-wise, one of the most dangerous states to live in.

About 260 miles out little or no damage done. That aside Florida can get some rough weather in a hurry. Thunderstorms and lightning here can be brutal, if one has no respect for lightning and what it can do they'll learn here. When hearing that first thunderclap or spot lightning you'd best head for shelter especially if you're on the beach or a golf course. Had a house reroofed and a car pounded by hail in the '93 Storm of the century. Great place to live but get educated on the weather patterns. Cashman would best serve the Yankees if used as a lightning rod at Steinbrenner Field.
