    Can we do that with C.J. McCollum and Klay Thompson? They have vary similar Stat line. What one would you take C.J or Klay?

    Klay. The defense separates the two. Closer than you would think otherwise though.

    Matthews and Klay have similar games (before Achilles). 3pt shooters with a decent mid range game and good defense (Klay with his length/Wes with his strength).

    CJ and Klay are not comparable as one is a combo guard and the other is a more traditional wing player.

    If I had a choice for THIS team though stylistically it's Klay.

    Right now, Klay Thompson...in another year or two, CJ might be the better player. I like CJ here as long as he wants to be here.

    Offensively, CJ by a hair. He's more skilled and versatile. Klay without a PG like Curry is probably noticeably less effective. CJ can get his own shots or play off of someone like Dame. Klay is better on defense thanks to his size.
